The Alpine 3000 was
developed for aircraft up to 3500 pounds gross weight. The
Alpine is designed to take lots of punishment and continue
to perform every day. You will find them being used in unforgiving
back country environments by pilots that use their aircraft
to make a living. They are intended for larger payload aircraft
such as Maule, Stinson 108 series, American Champion Scout/Decathlon
and Cessna 180/185. They feature a beefy 4130 square tubing
skeleton with dual wheels.
As with the entire line
of TrickAir skis, cruise speed is not lost, more speed means
less time, less fuel and less cost to operate. Best of all
you still have your brakes. You can make sharp turns on
snow and stop when you need to.
Wear strips come standard,
for operations in less challenging environments. The full
UHMW bottoms and gravel guards offer extra protection from
unimproved terrain and are easy to replace with simple tools.
If you demand strength and durability at a competitive price
point, then the TrickAir Alpine 3000 is your best choice.
